What we store on your device
- Sound and reading-mode preferences
- Journey stamps when you finish a book
- A one-time flag so the email slide-in doesn’t nag
- An optional “reduce motion” preference
That’s localStorage only — no login, no child profiles.
Email signup is labeled For grown-ups. We use it for new-book letters and sketch peeks. Unsubscribe anytime. The provider is not wired yet; submissions are acknowledged in the browser only for now.
