Narrow Road is built for kids and parents without accounts, ads, or behavioral tracking. We use cookieless Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and drop the query string and hash before either is sent.
What we store on your device
- Sound and reading-mode preferences
- Journey stamps when you finish a book
- A one-time flag so the email slide-in doesn’t nag
- An optional “reduce motion” preference
That’s localStorage only — no login, no child profiles.
Email signup is labeled For grown-ups. We use it for new-book letters and sketch peeks. Unsubscribe anytime. The provider is not wired yet; submissions are acknowledged in the browser only for now.
